It's not 100% deadly - more like 95%ish deadly. Somebody always survives regardless of the disease.

The treatment is; isolate them, then wait it out. That's it. It's a rapidly mutating virus like aids, herpes or the common cold. Last I checked Zycam doesn't make anything for it. They used to bomb a village and kill everybody if even one person in the group had it. This was back when men were in charge and knew the consequences of inaction. Now they can just sign themselves out and go for tacos - assuming they still have a stomach.

Death rate is MUCH higher than that. The survivors are shunned because they're fucked. You may live through it but what comes out the other side isn't really 'human' anymore. Google it.
