I just wonder what it would be like to be reincarnated in an animal whose species had been so reduced in numbers than it was in danger of extinction. What would be its feelings toward the human species whose population explosion had denied it somewhere to exist... Actually, I think severe radiation poisoning is more like that. After all, Ebola kills quickly but sever radiation poisoning can take a relatively long time to kill.

Put a complaint replacement breeding population in place, then kill off the existing citizenry that might vote against you.
