Same book also says you may meet/face various different deities that are tied to that cultural understanding - and I don't think many people believe they are actually going to experience those as the book claims. Something tells me that the afterlife experience is not going to be as simplistic as a some dualistic decision involving a 'booby trap'... Also, it speaks of a primary clear light which it is said one should embrace...
