In this diagram, it goes from Judah to king David. It skips the fact that Judah had twins, Perez and Zerah. This is the story were Zerah about to be born first hand came out of the womb and was tagged with a red thread by the midwife. Zerah pulled his hand back into the womb and Perez was born first. Zerah was tagged to receive the blessings but Perez got them.

King David came thru the lineage of Perez, however in the lineage of Christ it list both Perez and Zerah as the lineage. That is impossible unless you understand that Perez brought the physical lineage of Christ and Zerah brings the spiritual and final stand. Both fulfill the requirement of JUDAH.

The Scottish claim to be the descendants of Zerah. The scots have in their possession the Stone of Scone, which is supposed to be the stone in which Jabob laid his head on when he saw "Jacobs ladder". The British monarchy use this stone by placing it under the corination chair, a special throne for coronations only.
