The Bible is made up of parables which means stories with a hidden and deeper meaningS

The reason people can’t figure out if the two anointed are Moses and Elijah or Joshua and zerrubbabel or Moses and Aaron etc is because all these stories all are shadows of the two anointed because one anointed will be the earthly civil leader and the other anointed will be the earthly high priest during the millennium

If you study your bible you will know the millennial kingdom on earth is a davidic levitic kingdom which means separation of kingship and the priesthood....this is why Jesus can not rule from earth during the millenium due to separation of kingship and priesthood...therefore the need for the two anointed to fill these two offices on earth as the millennium is to deal with the salvation of the Jues....the bride and tribulation saints will be reigning with Jesus from heaven during the millennium....that is why there is a need for two anointed to have reign on earth and to work with the salvation of the Jues as the Jues asked for an earthly king therefore God will give them what they ask for for 1000 year millennium until the new heaven and new earth where Jesus will rule from forevermore

Remember Jesus himself stated “my kingdom is not of this earth”....also Jesus stated there is no end to his kingdom....we know this earths kingdom does come to an end after the millennium when the new earth is created.

The two anointed will sit on the left and right of Jesus on the new earth as a reminder of the former davidic levitic kingdom of the former earth for eternity.....pretty simple to see the position of the two anointed
