Sword you ignore the theme of the scriptures being about the first born and second born and turn it all into being only about the firstborn...open your eyes friend you are as blinded as the jues/firstborn to seeing your brother the second born jacob because you represent the first born Judah kingdom

The secret is not to believe what you want to be true but believe the second born undeniably has the birthright.....but if you are the firstborn this will throw off all your understanding if you don’t study the scriptures precisely and see what they say instead of what you want them to say.
 Quoting: waterman

I am sure you can attest to the fact that I have a good knowledge of the Word, and most of Scripture a fair understanding of. Perhaps it is you that haven't yet quite grasp its truth.

I deny nothing one way or the other. I only see Christ in his position. And how through his efforts old things and ancient traditions became as nought before God and his purposed objective. Thus, the letter of the law kills and traditions nullifies the Word; but it's the Spirit and the Word that brings forth life (Mark.7:13KJV)(2 Cor.3:5-6KJV).

Waterman, your objective is to prove an ancient tradition following after traditional lineage of royal and priestly lines. Yet Christ through his sacrifice nullified both offices and brought those positions together in one personage. Thus as his own we are to comply with these new things and lay aside the old. For the old tradition and ancient laws no longer apply after Christ resurrectional powers translated those who believe him from the old things into those things now new. And thus as it says in Scripture we are to conform in like manner and not after tradition or old ways (Rom.8:29KJV)(2 Cor.5:17KJV)).

Thus we who belong to Christ no longer follow after old ways and foolish traditions; as if another substitute for the sacrifice that Christ has already paid, will suffice.

Men who know not Christ will example a temple built by hands, but believers know the temple are their body of service to their God. Thus stands the temple.

Thus we as his body every since Peter declared; "We (and them) are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that we we should show forth the praises of him who hath called us out of darkness (ignorance/tradition/letter of the law), into his marvelous light (revelations/understanding/knowledge of the Word/ from the old to the new)" (1 Pet.2:9KJV)(2 Cor.5:17KJV).

Therefore, these words (this verse) speak as a unit not a variation of positions. Some are not of a holy nation but all of them who believe are, some are not a chosen generation but all believers are, some are not a peculiar people but all of them and some are not of the royal priesthood but all are in the transformative and conformation of their Lord, all of them are royalty and priest as the same unit as the other descriptive explains.

Waterman, you seek to make a division between the royal duties and the priestly as in the past. But one man, one office, is all that is required since Jesus fulfilled the whole of tradition and the coming forth of the completed law of God's promise. And we as God's Children are commanded to conform to the image of his (God's) Son (Rom.8:29KJV).

Now I have sought to make this clear to you in the past; but your own imagination seeks to overrule me. I am sure your imagination is far more important to you than the explanations and Word of God reveals.

So as I made it clear to you in the past I will no longer contend with you on this. Believe as you desire. I have no desire to believe as you do.
