The cemetery that you refer to is on Hart Island, Potter's field. It is located on the other side of Long Island Sound near City Island.

I thought plum island was closed up and sold? It should be burned. Disinfected and burned again.

I have no doubt Ebola, like every other virus is man made. I have no idea however, what the hell is going on. It really makes no sense. Fukushima is still spewing by the way.
