Israel is killing Palestinians by targeting the children, as it sees the children as a demographic timebomb to their own existence.

Israel believes it is the chosen nation of the chosen people of god, therefor when it bombs Palestine it only executes god's will.

In short. Israel isn't fighting terrorists, this term is not a biblical term, Israel is preserving the holy land for god's chosen people.
