Thanks. And yes, the media player I am using is VLC and every time a site wants to run the VLC plugin it crashes.

That does not look good. Then again the whole damn situation at Fukushima does not look good.

Well, its been going on for the best part of an hour and a half now, that 'cloud' is an ongoing emission from the multiple vents on the roof

They're deffo working on it did you see the shadow of the crane then?

Difficult to see but i have a App called Fukuichi Viewer from Apple,
there is something above Reactor Nr. 1 but i can't see anything
from the different Cameras, the Moon is on full Power and low,
imo. a Cloud but not sure!

Do clouds come so low in that area?

Oh yeah all the time sometimes they even have fire in them.

I've seen the whole place fogged out but at times but this is different in that it is localised over the roof of the reactor ...and not moving

One thing to note - all emissions, outside the original explosion back in March of 2011, will travel with the Prevailing Westerlies - not the Jetstream (as it is too high in altitude). The PW move more gradually at about 50 MPH. Most particulate matter from Fukushima would travel within these winds and most certainly get rained and/or drop out over the Pacific Ocean before land fall. Without the high vertical force of an explosion to reach the Jetstream, fears of landfall beyond say the west coast is nil.

Now, as far as the oceans are concerned, that is a serious quagmire.

The Clouds there come in very low but at the moment we cant see the real Dimensions, you cant see any Clouds (or Smoke or Steam)
via the Nr. 4 and nothing via the JNN/ TBS Camera because the Plant is under full Working Lights!

The "Cloud" do not change their Form so i vote against Steam or Smoke!

They need to just give up and turn it into a giant nabe. Give everybody a long fork...
