I am thinking we have different lab made Chimeras floating around, as well being administered through vaccines and foods -- as has been for years, but now mutations are anticipated here. A confluence of vectors that include synthetic bacteria -- especially Venter's primate strains.

Looks like vaccinations might not be voluntary in the future. The idea of terrorists using a weaponized filovirus could impel corporations and governments to administer vaccines through air borne particles, via chemtrail delivery. In other words, spray the population during a Ebola panic.
