Ok, I am pretty sure that this ONE will turn positive. The article says that he had been working with workmates who suffered from Ebola.

Tests are being carried out for the Ebola virus and isolation procedures have been put in place after a death in Co Donegal.
It is understood the deceased had been working in Sierra Leone and that a number of colleagues had contracted the virus there. The person was found dead late last night and taken to Letterkenny General Hospital, it is understood.
While the cause of death is unknown the HSE is carrying out tests to see whether it was due to exposure to Ebola.

Irish government is preparing an emergency meeting for tomorrow in case the test turns out positive.

Laboratory tests, which will confirm if he died from the virus will be available tomorrow. If the test on the man's body proves to be positive, the government's emergency task force will meet tomorrow.

The man died in the southwest of Dongeal, it has been confirmed.

The HSE revealed it is “currently assessing a suspected case of Ebola virus disease in Donegal.”
