Originally, we were expecting the rain to move in yesterday but because the main storm system slowed down, that delayed the more widespread rainfall. Unfortunately, because the storm is moving slower, that means it will hang around longer and could make the entire weekend a mess....' An unseasonably cold low pressure system is expected to bring below-average temperatures to the northern Rockies through early next week. Temperatures will be up to 35 degrees below average in some locations this weekend. Glacier National Park may not even reach 50 degrees for a high on Saturday....' I live in g.f and its cold right know. Just wondering if I need to pull out the winter stuff. Quoting: wlmgsmn I don't think it will snow, but you never know...It is Montana... I really hope it doesn't snow becuase I will be doing the memorial poker run for Deputy Dunn tomorrow and it will already be cold and wet on the motorcycle. Snow would only make it worse! Local Organizations host Poker Run to support Fallen Deputy [link to www.kfbb.com] [link to www.krtv.com] I have been thinking about pulling out my winter gear as well. I'm still collecting flags from posters all over the world. Thread: Official "Flags from around the world" thread. Hoping to get posts from all countries that frequent GLP. :gratefulsig: |

[link to www.google.com (secure)] Last winter was bad enough. At one point it was -44 before wind chill was factored in. I think this may be our warning... Here we were having a relatively normal summer. It did start slow though. Back east they already have leaves changing colors and dropping from trees, yet on the opposite corner of the country drought continues. Definitely weird....
