The fact that this pic(NASA) was taken IN Hungary, AND that there is Hungarian lore surrounding these things WITH photo at site- AND they portend the Apocalypse- It might be as you say, BUT could NASA be sending a message to the initiated? I have studied these extensively, they are a part of the signs of an electric universe, it is my belief that they will become more predominant with the lowering of the cloud line and heightening of the charge potential within our heliosphere.
