Her face has been altered a bit with makeup and lighting, which you can do a lot with. Just check makeup tutorials on youtube. A lot can be done to alter the appearance with makeup alone. It is the same girl.

Chin implant, colored contacts, different makeup and hair parted on the side. Same person. Same voice. Same intonations, emphasis on words, drawn out nasally vowel sounds...

I know that two people can sound alike, but everyone has a different speech pattern and theirs are the same. It's going to be hard to convince me that they are two different people. What we have here is the same girl, a little chin implant, makeup and lighting magic.
