The cop was beaten up (no broken eye socket, though) but the cop still did nto have the right to shoot a surerendering person.

The witnesses apparently say differently.

The grand jury and possible trial jury should starighten it out. I lean towards the Brown side but am willing to have my mind changed with new information in the trial. I suggest you do the same with YOUR apparent bias.

I find it both amusing and sad how after most people are dead, everyone swears how nice and wonderful they were. Meanwhile, it's not true and they rarely say that to them when they are alive.
