Now if these rounds were fired straight up in the air the terminal velocity of these rounds would let them simply fall harmlessy to the ground not able to injure anyone. And were there people killed by 7.62 mm rounds. 7.62 seems to be all Hamas has which are not very accurate at all. When a country fucks another country they do it to lay some pipe. |

Can't find the video now but comments of the video were speculation of what happens when the bullets come back down. |

Quoting: Muammar Gaddafi The odds? This exact thing has happened before... and apparently no one learned anything. [link to www.maannews.net] |

The accuracy of a round depends on the type of rifle being used & the expertise of the shooter. The AK's used by Hamas are not precision firearms, & I'll bet most of Hamas members are not well trained in marksmanship. I'd say they press the trigger, throw a bunch of lead at a target, & hope they hit it. |

Hmmm... User ID: 679850 United States 08/28/2014 12:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Actually if you fire a gun straight up in the air the bullet climbs about half a mile or so depending on caliber and turns over to fall back. Remember it will accelerate at 33 feet per second squared and probably hit the ground at 125-150 MPH. If it by chance hits you in the head it can kill. Every New Years in big cities all over the world there are a few people killed by falling bullets fired into the air at midnight. My sister shot an arrow into the air one time and it came down and punched through the hood of my dad's new Ford LTD. |
