Did you smile today? If not, here's a great way to learn how. Read first post to follow the Open Heart Meditation and download the grounding technique too to balance yourself. Don't forget to smile and feel the beautiful light feelings in your heart.

If you cry, scream in anger, or feel something coming out, let it come out. Cry for a moment, scream it out for a little while. Just don't continue following that negative emotion. It needs to come out, but you don't want to create more negative emotion by following it.

I've been practicing this and have continue to follow them since 2008 and I cannot believe how beautiful it is to feel the peace, joy, and beautiful of the heart. Surely I still get negative, but I don't follow it for long. When I get stuck and have a problem, solutions arise or at least I have a much better attitude when I do the work.

This is the best thing anyone can do for themselves. And you know what? When people approach you with negativity, it gets easier to not absorb or get caught up with their negativity. You can listen peacefully while smiling at them or you can gently remind them that you're not interested in such negativity and walk away. My daughter and I do this all the time to each other when one of us get cranky. Then we realize we were negative and change our attitude. After all, nobody wants to hear that.

You can ask questions on how to further learn, but I'm not allowed to tell you. Just google and you can search for yourself. You can ask questions for clarification and I can do my best to answer.

Unfortunately, when out in the real world, public masturbation when you're going through an ordeal is not tolerated and can land you in jail. It's best to learn something that is a lot easier and inconspicuous when in public - such as learning how to smile naturally.

don't waste your life hating others and being critical. time is short. live life with love in your heart and love for all. i may not know how much more time i have on earth, but i choose love over all. i choose the Creator above all else. remember the first commandment: Love God. Open Heart Meditation Transcript

The Open Heart Meditation has three main parts: the first part is to prepare and activate our heart. The second and main part of the meditation we ask the True Source of Love and Light to bless our heart and remove our problems to be cleansed and replaced with Love and Light. The last part of the meditation is about radiating even more Love and Light from our heart, to dissolve into the Love and Light, to fill our whole heart with Love and Light and finally to share it all with others.
1. Sit down properly with your spine straight without tensing yourself..
2. Place both palms on your lap facing upwards and close your eyes to reduce the activities of your brain...
3. Relax... and smile...
4. Let your mind and your whole self be here and now.. to do this Open Heart Meditation properly...
5. While being relaxed and smiling... inhale deeply without forcing yourself..... and exhale through your mouth to let go of all thoughts and tension from your whole being.....
6. Inhale deeply..... and exhale through your mouth to let go of all thoughts and tension from your whole being.... and feel that you are more relaxed.....
7. Feel... your whole being is very relaxed.... Enjoy... and smile more....
8. From now on, inhale and exhale normally through your nostrils....
9. With your fingers, touch the centre of your chest where your heart is located...
10. Smile to your heart without thinking how to do so...
11. Keep on smiling freely to your heart with your whole feeling...... and feel....... you gradually become calmer..... more relaxed...... lighter...... and
peaceful..... as your heart starts growing stronger.......

try this in a group of 3 or more for a deeper experience.

you can also record the whole thing and listen to it.

play calming music if you like and/or light an incense to remove negativity. you'll be releasing a lot.

if you notice, it'll say to remove "x" to be replaced with your Love and Light. you never just want to remove "x" and leave an empty spot to refill with "negative y". always remember to let that space be filled with True Source Love and Light (or use whatever term you like for the Creator).

been doing this for over 6 years and it's incredible. it takes 21 days to notice a difference (for many it's immediate, but in a group even better), but 1000 days to master it.

It's about time we let go and stop holding onto the things we don't need such as anger, resentment, hatred, fear, worry, sadness, and all other negativity. I love to share this with others. It's so beautiful to open our hearts and to feel the beauty, the love and joy from the deepest parts of our heart. Not only to feel it one time, but to know that we can experience this over and over again with dedicated practice. Eventually we'll experience this joy even in our daily lives.
