Did you smile today? If not, here's a great way to learn how. Read first post to follow the Open Heart Meditation and download the grounding technique too to balance yourself. Don't forget to smile and feel the beautiful light feelings in your heart.

If you cry, scream in anger, or feel something coming out, let it come out. Cry for a moment, scream it out for a little while. Just don't continue following that negative emotion. It needs to come out, but you don't want to create more negative emotion by following it.

I've been practicing this and have continue to follow them since 2008 and I cannot believe how beautiful it is to feel the peace, joy, and beautiful of the heart. Surely I still get negative, but I don't follow it for long. When I get stuck and have a problem, solutions arise or at least I have a much better attitude when I do the work.

This is the best thing anyone can do for themselves. And you know what? When people approach you with negativity, it gets easier to not absorb or get caught up with their negativity. You can listen peacefully while smiling at them or you can gently remind them that you're not interested in such negativity and walk away. My daughter and I do this all the time to each other when one of us get cranky. Then we realize we were negative and change our attitude. After all, nobody wants to hear that.

You can ask questions on how to further learn, but I'm not allowed to tell you. Just google and you can search for yourself. You can ask questions for clarification and I can do my best to answer.
