Maybe the Captain sold the cargo for $10 million and is now sipping margaritas on some fancy beach in Mexico. With his fingers in the butts of $1 a day hot hooker señorita's. And dining on fancy fresh authentic Mexican red snapper. If I was a captain of an oil tanker it's what I'd do.
