Thank you for all the advices, I use them since yesterday. Can you recommend some books about lucid dreaming, astral projection etc? Like a list of spot on books?  The best books you can ever get, if you follow them and do the exercises and practices, are: Conscious Dreaming by Robert Moss Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce The Inner Guide Meditation by Edwin Steinbrecher With those 4 books alone, you can become free of all, and a true God of your own real being as you really are.. Great thread OP, very useful information. I have had great success with keeping a dream journal, only one lucid dream, but it was a doozie. It was the first time I flew! I have two books by above authors.
