I haven't had time to watch video yet. A friend was doing a healing session on me about 2 years ago and said, " A bug like" or "insect like ET" showed up and was working on me and she had never seen it before. She said the put filiments or something around my throat chakra.
I've been a little concerned about it, who were they? She said they were gentle and didn't appear harmful but I wish I knew what this was about. Have you heard about these beings?
What do energy implants do? Sorry if you answered already, I haven't watched yet, busy week.

The entity you speak of could be so many different things its hard to say.
It could be a benevolent being wanting to help you.
It could be a form of energetic parasite.
It could be an astral vampire.
It could be a negative entity trying to manipulate you.
It could be a form of astral wildlife, a "bug", just as you say, there are plenty of those in the non-physical as well.
For your last question, energy implants are simply the transference or implantation of specific energy constructs for different purpose. For example, a negative energy implant would be one charged with particular thoughts, ideas and beliefes put into a person. A positive energy implant would be one filled with healing, love and well being for the person put into.
