Read avidly everything related.

I'm sure that our body has the capacity to get rid of all the chemicals and poisons from previous vaccines, if you keep ongoing cleansing and eating untainted food. Try eat as much, raw food, reduce meat only once or twice per week, no sugar or aspartame (or its replacements) at all.

Just fruits and from time to time some raw honey. Take care also about gluten (many people bodies are reacting the the GMO wheat and we do not know from where lots of diseases are coming!)
