Quoting: Hunny~B This afternoon I received a call from a dear friend who has a child in the AF. She sounded a little strange and when I asked her if she was okay, she said, "I'm not sure what to make of the phone call I just got from *****, maybe you can shed some light on this since you were in the military. She proceeds to say: The past few weeks **** has been doing a lot of partying and posting pictures of drinking etc. As a parent you don't want to see your child making bad decisions, so we have had some words about it. Our conversations have been tense and very brief lately.Today she calls me and I can sense she has something to say and I finally ask what is going on? Do you need to tell me something? Her child then starts crying and apologizes for past behavior etc.... Child: Mom, we had a debriefing this morning. I need for you and dad to prepare yourselves and the rest of our family. Something is going on, Something is going to happen. Mom: Are you going to be deployed overseas? War? Child: No! We are not going anywhere, THEY are coming here, probably already here. Mom: Who is they? Child: I can't say anything else. I can't discuss this any further, just stay safe and don't freak out, be smart and be safe. She then starts talking about ports, cargo ships and the coastlines. This Airmen is a MP/nuclear detail. Stay safe Everyone!! P.S. Sorry can't provide a link to this conversation. 5*s OP. tweeted this to 7K others. |

Questions about why a military-style helicopter landed briefly in downtown Dallas Tuesday remain unanswered. The flight occurred around 7 p.m. and was captured on camera by TheBlaze. The helicopter, which resembled a Blackhawk or an Apache, landed at a heliport atop a parking garage. It stayed for about three to five minutes before taking off again. [link to www.theblaze.com] |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35589853 My so. Is station near the Mexican border. We had a long conversation Sunday where he was throwing details at me throughout the almost hour long conversation. It then hit me like a tons of bricks... I asked to clarify "am I picking up on this correctly son? This is happening now and we need to be ready?", and I hear replied with a sigh of relief "yes dad we are on the same page". Thank god for knowing my kids mind and that I could read between the lines. Isis is currently in all border towns along the Mexican border. And yes... They are teaming up with the cartels. (My hunch and input is to use the drug smuggling tunnels to enter the USA) To confirm this claim, if you know ANYONE stationed at any base within 100 miles of the Mexican border, all you have to ask is "are the bases increasing gate security and alert levels?". Not only have they increased security they are pulling soldiers from their normal posts/jobs to place on guard duty. And with that I am also looking at the Chinese mass troop build up with ally Russia. Is this a routine exercise, intimidation tactic, or is it staging to prepare for what's about to bust loose? Either way you make your own conclusions, I just wanted to support the OP with my own solidifying evidence that something big is about to go down. Ps Obama set to speak on Isis on the eve of 9/11? That alone adds to the mystery and puts a "very near future" timeline on whatever is about to take place. Good luck to you all...... Thank you and again thanks OP. This thread could open up some very good dialogue. I had read weeks ago about ISIS teaming up with Mexican drug cartels. Things are going to get very interesting very soon. Stay safe, Y'all. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 12630340 United States 09/10/2014 03:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12630340 f you look back at news articles from 2008-09 the DEA was admitting that terrorist groups like Hezbollah were working WITH the Mexican cartels to move people into the US. Legitimate news sources, long before ISIS came onto the MSM scene. Anyone who believes the cartels wouldn't help terrorists: cartels know NO loyalties, to ANYONE. They serve money, they don't ask questions, and they do not care about US national security. Absolutely ISIS could be working with cartels. I have no doubt of that. I have a friend who is a partner in an oil company in Midland. Around 2009-10 he told me a few stories about some of his field workers having a high turnover rate and getting skittish about working in the fields. Most of these fields are very rural and very remote, west & south Texas, with very minimal crews out there working. The guys were reporting things like small planes coming in & landing in their fields at 3 AM. They assumed it was drug cartel business. But now? I'm not so sure. i dont think the isis(u.s. soldiers dressed as muslims) would survive in mexico. there are the cartels. and if your friends with one cartel your enemies to the others. they wont allow all these isis fools to just go around. shit they would slaughter them fools. Not true. Cartels have no loyalties. they are loyal to money. ISIS guys show up & flash enough dollars, cartels don't ask questions about WHY they want into the US... easy peasy. I don't know the exact number but something like 90% of the drugs produced by the cartels are for American consumption. Do you really think the cartels are going to help destroy their main source of income? Thing is, cartels don't care. They are brutal and violent and care only about money. And one thing ISIS has is funds. If the US fell into chaos, cartels would swoop in and make a killing. They'd be like modern day carpetbaggers. Think about it. Prescription medication shortage? Local dealers out of your drug of choice? Pay through the nose to a cartel dealer because you have no other options. If anything, US instability & a power vacuum would benefit them. |

Maybe they will have extra gate guards or roving patrols by tonight but that would just be normal for being a 9/11 anniversary. The young airman had probably been partying and was considerably high when they got onto GLP and became very paranoid and distressed. He's a good soldier and will NOT talk. Not even to me. I would suggest everyone have some water and food and just be somewhat prepared. If nothing happens, then no big deal.
