You get briefed about something before it happens. You only get "debriefed" AFTER something has happened.

The Air Force does not have "MP"s.

Because this morning, I was reading right here a thread about another man that called his buddy from high school to tell him to leave NYC.

The similarity with this thread is quite weird.

So I made some research on said thread and Google found it :

The name of the thread was "Today is the day! 9-10". Google seems to have archived part of it : "Old high school buddy of mine who is in the NYPD just called me and told me if I had the means to get my family out of New York ASAP"

Somebody care to help me understand?

I don't believe this. The OP has disappeared and she said she was going to phone this mother the next day and try to get more information. That was yesterday this was supposed to have happened.

I'm retired military. Some little airman that does gate guard duty would never receive this information. "Debriefings" are something you do after a mission is complete. This would have been an Intel Briefing to senior unit leadership, and they certainly would not run out afterwards crying and calling Mommie.

hmm after reading this I thought to myself.. I would never go fight ww3 on foreign soil, but if I had to defend my home against invasion, I would most certainly pick up a weapon and defend it. I wonder if that is what they are thinking.. That we won't fall for any draft to fight in some third world shit hole, so they will bring the war to us in the west? I would not give up my land or country (and I consider u.s.a my brother/sisters) nor would I let their land fall to a foreign invader.

OP prolly called back the friend and told her that she was posting this stuff on a forum and the friend told her to cease and desist.

My son is a paratrooper and has been on a training mission in Estonia for the past 3 months. My husband got a call from him yesterday and he said his "business trip" has been extended. He said he didn't know when he could call again and to tell me he loves and misses me. My husband said he also said some things that he thought were strange, like asking if the fuel tanks at home were full ( we live on a farm) and if we had gotten the pump on our well fixed. We have rural water, the well here hasn't worked in over 30 years.
I have now called someone to come look at our well and the fuel tanks are getting filled later today.
I'm not sure what's going on but I'm going to listen to my boy.

This afternoon I received a call from a dear friend who has a child in the AF. She sounded a little strange and when I asked her if she was okay, she said, "I'm not sure what to make of the phone call I just got from *****, maybe you can shed some light on this since you were in the military. She proceeds to say:

The past few weeks **** has been doing a lot of partying and posting pictures of drinking etc. As a parent you don't want to see your child making bad decisions, so we have had some words about it. Our conversations have been tense and very brief lately.Today she calls me and I can sense she has something to say and I finally ask what is going on? Do you need to tell me something?

Her child then starts crying and apologizes for past behavior etc....

Child: Mom, we had a debriefing this morning. I need for you and dad to prepare yourselves and the rest of our family. Something is going on, Something is going to happen.

Mom: Are you going to be deployed overseas? War?

Child: No! We are not going anywhere, THEY are coming here, probably already here.

Mom: Who is they?

Child: I can't say anything else. I can't discuss this any further, just stay safe and don't freak out, be smart and be safe.

She then starts talking about ports, cargo ships and the coastlines.

This Airmen is a MP/nuclear detail.

I don't think the cartels would work with Isis. Way too much to lose being associated with them. Not only would the U.S. Military go into Mexico over that, but don't the cartels make most of their profit off the United States? That would be like a chef putting poison is in own dishes and killing off customers. The cartels would have nothing to gain from working with Isis.

Does anyone remember the thread that a paid member made not so long back?

It was something along the lines of a member of the military had walked into a bar/diner where the OP was having his lunch break, and he got into a conversation with him. He told him to keep an eye out and prepare for something happening but he didn't say what...the military guy seemed to be somewhat 'edgy'...

I know that most of these supposed threads are rubbish but the OP had been on here a long time and was never known to make anything like this up....there was also talk of what the military guy was drinking....
