where i went to high school in the late 90's early 2000's in baltimore county, there was a group of guys who flew confederate flags on their trucks daily, parked in school parking lot. no one said shit. black kids wouldn't dare say a fucking word, nor would teachers. it was freedom of expression. our school was about 70% minority, in a very liberal area. amazing how things can change so quick....
