City where I grew up. Frickin nuts. I know a few ladies who who were friends with the victim.

The guy told the cops everything, then in front of the judge he said that they had the wrong man, he gave a fake name and basically acted insane. Also, the guy shot and killed his first wife when he was 19 and shot himself in the head....he lived, and his lawyers actually argued that the brain injury made him calmer, the guy has been a psycho since he was a teenager supposedly.

He also was on probation and had two court cases pending for a car chase where he led police in a high speed pursuit.So this guy had no business anywhere near society.
