Find your daydream TC! It really works. I go instantly from arghhh! to ahhhhhh! As adults, most have forgotten how to fully daydream like they did as a child.  It's true. My daydream would be an equally beautiful mountain meadow. I will try it tomorrow if I get overwhelmed. Thanks so much! I'm very visual so I look up as many photos of what I like as possible. And the more you practice it, the better you get at it. I can be dripping wet with the heat at work but can not only see myself sitting in the shade by a crystal clear lagoon, I can even feel the water as I dip my feet it.
