Find your daydream TC! It really works. I go instantly from arghhh! to ahhhhhh! As adults, most have forgotten how to fully daydream like they did as a child.  It's true. My daydream would be an equally beautiful mountain meadow. I will try it tomorrow if I get overwhelmed. Thanks so much! :scenic3: Ahhhhhh. That's the stuff.
