I do think all the wireless pollution is having effects we don't understand yet.

The other night I went to my son's track meet and 80% of the parents had the heads buried in their phones instead of watching their kids run. It made me so sad, mainly for the children.

So, I think I'll stick with my cheap phone. It's so uncool it embarrasses my son, which is kind of fun.

I'm very visual so I look up as many photos of what I like as possible. And the more you practice it, the better you get at it. I can be dripping wet with the heat at work but can not only see myself sitting in the shade by a crystal clear lagoon, I can even feel the water as I dip my feet it.


Smell the wild flowers and actually feel the cool mountain breeze in your hair.

Because of the time we are in, God has allowed the doors of hell to open a bit wider. This has caused an outpour of demonic forces onto the earth like such has never been seen before. Unless you have proper protection, you will fall victim to their ruin.

You might not be as bad as you think. But if you don't believe me, take notice of those around you, especially co workers/ friends and see if you can notice a change in their personality for the worse.

There are a handful of people that have suddenly started acting weird. Not like a bad mood but just different.

If you have the Holy Spirit, they have a hard time looking into your eyes.

Poor diet and vitamin deficiency, plus you need to actually stop being such a bitch. Take yourself out of your body and think, am I being a bitch? And if so, just freakin stop it already ok?

Try to stop yourself in mid-stream. At least you notice it, that's a sign of personal growth. Try to figure out what's got you there, time of the month, hungry, sleepy, just irritated. If you can catch it in the act, while you are being pissy, stop and say 'just ignore me' and just continue letting it out. It's best not to be around people during those moments because nobody likes it.

I used to get really pissy when I was sleepy, but somehow I managed to get it under control. I think by my husband bringing it to my attention and then I started noticing it and somehow it just stopped.

I don't think you have an unhappy personal life, if it's things from the outside, just shut your door to the world.

You're right...I adore my husband and my kids and I don't think I take it out on them directly. I've been more gloomy at home than anything. (I have been an outright bitch on GLP lately, but I'm going to work on that, lol). My extended family are driving me nuts and upon analyzing my frustration I think I need to step back and stop letting their negativity and judgment affect my emotional state. Easier said than done, but I'm going to try.

Yes, surgically-induced when I was 35, but this is a new thing. Could be hormone-related, though. I should get my levels checked.
