senior fed officer in Raleigh NC says: all were issued suits, respirators & gloves
A senior officer in the federal prison system told me off the record, that they were all issued full suits, respirators and gloves. He says he has never seen this done before in all his years, not for swine flu etc. He is based in Raleigh NC.

I wonder if it is because they are in a closed facility? Or
could they be going to use the facility for something? a hospital or whatever? Any thoughts on this?

I've always been curious, in the event of a national catastrophe or pandemic and security deteriorated, would prisoners be left trapped inside or would there be a way out? Sure alot are monsters who might as well be left to starve to death but out prison system is full of alot of non-violent felons too.
