Wal Mart released the surveillance footage of the Crawford shooting, and it proved the Police flat out murdered him.

And yes if they really killed somebody there without warning and without investigating it was a murder. Besides shooting the toilet paper with a bb gun he had done nothing illegal.

There you have it people. Next time you go buy a gun there's a good chance you will be shot by police while walking from the aisle you picked it up in to the front checkout!

To say this is murder tho, is a stretch. When they get a call that a dude has a gun in Wal-mart and they then see him brandishing it, what do you think is going to happen? You don't just walk up to a person with a gun in Wal-mart and ask what they're doing. Also from the cops vantage the guy could have been pointing the gun at someone out of view down the side isle.

It's all just a stupid, tragic incident that should have been avoided by locking up pellet guns.

Or we can avoid the controversy by locking up anyone who disagrees with murdering WalMart shoppers.

Do you know how many people go out walking around with guns each fall? People carry gins in and out of stores all the time in areas where people hunt.

No one goes all haywire and starts knocking them down as if they where enemy combatants.
The police did not make any attempt to communicate with the kid. They did not access the situation. They killed a young man in cold blood. Without provocation. Without a trial without even speaking a word to him first.

If I go and kill someone because of some imaginary perceived threat which is totally unfounded in the first place then I am a whacko lunatic.

Killing a person without cause is murder, plain and simple.
