The list is FUNDAEMNTALLY useless as it works on the one MONUMENTAL FOOLISH ASSUMPTION THAT IS WRONG. It assumes that when the SHTF it will be just like being stuck in the jungle after an aircrash or running from ISIS in the derset. WRONG! In a virus outbreak or many other events, the BIGGWEST problem is Government as it is highly likely to use nuclear weapons. After a nuclear strike, searching for food is not the big question, it is avoiding it. Eating radioactive food leads swiftly to death. And in the wilds when communications are down, you might have no clue if nukes have been used or if distant fall out will be pouring, impercepibly down. So, the single most important is missing. a GEIGERCOUNTER. |

The key is to learn how to pack properly You are correct sir. Or is it Sgt.? My pack weighs about 70 lbs, nealy identical packing list as yours, although some of my key gear is on my LBV. What's funny is when people say it's too much weight and it'll slow you down and wear you out so you cannot fight. Well, that's why you train and condition yourself with said gear. Train as you fight hooah! |
