In fact, major changes in the socio-political scene in the US will begin earnestly with the current US " emperor " getting some soul inspiration. The US secret service had tried pre-empting these social political changes by co-opting this " emperor " into covert activites to bind his soul to their diabolical masters. This has worked somewhat but there were also signs that the " soul calling " of this " emperor " ( albeit a toothless tiger in tptb scheme of things ) had moved his actions somewhat differently eventhough in very small ways. By the new moon of the 5th Lunar Month of the year of the Wooden Sheep, the soul stirrings will be too hard for this " emperor " to ignore. At the same time, human soul intelligence and cosmic stirrings will bring about revelations of the mass mind via monetary control of the " Imperial Court " of the US. The Taoist scholars of my family line have" soul travelled " and perceived that the " eunuchs of the US Imperial Court will be exposed as agents of diabolical forces of extremists forces of control and domination which stunted the growth of all humanity. These extremist forces of control and domination extend globally but are less ingrained in Asia and the Orient despite their strong outposts in Japan, North & South Korea, the Indian subcontinent, the ASEAN countries especially Singapore and the Philippines,Central Asia and Shanghai on the Eastern Chinese seaboard including Taiwan. I take it to mean that most members of both chambers of Congress will be exposed as money or mind controlled subjects of the secret services perceived by the Taoist scholars as belonging to a " cult " with the emblem of a lunar orb with 2 descending serpents on the east side ( I took the liberty of interpreting it as OSS, the predecessor to the CIA ).

There will be a huge uproar as soul consciousness amongst the masses start to stir despite the nefarious schemes of tptb via " chi, nutrition and medical " poisoning. This is where it gets interesting; the " emperor " has to get round this crisis of confidence with some inventive maneuverings using " soul inspiration ", some of which may be quite drastic. This may lead to his " removal " but his inspiration will remain. Through the next two years, tptb will press on with the rivals amongst their ranks working on the " empress - regent jester " rivalry...the Hillary-Jeb scenario. The current " emperor's " inspiration will lend a hand to a Wild Card to whom he is acquainted in some kind of previous association in the shape of the Wild Card being his mother's disciple. This is where the Taoist scholars' soul travel reports have me stumped. For the present " emperor's mother" to be involved with the Wild Card is a bit baffling but they indicated that the " cult with the lunar orb and double serpent " had a big hand in their association! Maybe all three belonged to this cult until their soul awakening; the cult agents might have tried to pre-empt their ascendance or plant seeds for further mischief.
