The TAO who wrote this OP was reacting to a thread also posted here about a hundred days after it was posted. The wispy Oriental Dragons were battling the fierce muscular dinoid type Dragons. It was what it was. It is what it is. They are preparing for the coming dark moon days. It is a process. Processes are long. Processions are long. Enough clues. Human soul language is not direct English or Indo European or even modern human sound based. It is emotion and image based. Hence IT IS WHAT IT IS. The way the message is disseminated. The end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one.
The baton will be passed on that date. And earths new rulers will commence their reign. There will be many events leading up to that date. All that needs to happen for the smooth transition to take place will take place.
