It's a treatment, not proposed as a cure. [link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov] It might help keep the blood vessel inflammation (and rupture) down. That's how I am reading it. |

Do not take melatonin if you do not plan to sleep in a "dark" place. As previously stated, it indeed works with circadian rhythms and can help induce sleep. From my experience, you can "upset your window of opportunity" and render the dosage null, by not void. It will still encourage a dreamy/groggy state that is not pleasant to the present, awake individual….no recreational value at all. That being said….They come in different dosages…..If you have a high dose version (5mg) start with a quarter or less. If you have full blown Ebola?…..fuck it….down the hatch! ha |

Same here. until I know better, I will be keeping these items handy: 1) Colloidal Silver 2) Olive Leaf Extract 3) Oil of Oregano and Oregano Extract 4) Grapefruit Seed Extract 5) Garlic cloves 6) Vitamins and Minerals (including trace minerals) 7) Various Herbal supplements for immune boosting The idea is to make your body a veritable nightmare for a virus to try and live in. |

You can also use Orange juice concentrate in place of either fresh squeezed or refrigerated OJ. Another Add-In is Coconut Flour. It gives a sweeter taste to the smoothie.
