The most important list you will receive today- stay healthy
For ANY infection protection/cure product list
1. Liposomal vitamin C
2. Nascent iodine (get Hallelujah Diet brand if available)
3. Vitamin D3 (avoid vitamin D2 - unhealthy!)
4. Magnesium chloride
5. Raw Brazil nuts (for selenium) – preferably organic
6. Colloidal silver
7. L-lysine
8. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda, not baking powder)

Sickness prevention Dosages
1. Liposomal vitamin C: 1000mg 2x per day
2. Nascent iodine: take recommended dosage on label
3. Vitamin D3: we get enough naturally in summer - rest of year supplement with 8,000 IU's daily (never take vitamin D2!)
4. Magnesium chloride: take recommended dosage on label
5. Raw Brazil nuts: 2 nuts per day for selenium, never eat more unless sick!
6. Colloidal silver: use recommended dosage depending on solution's ppm
7. L-lysine: take only when symptoms appear
8. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda): take only when symptoms appear

At first sign of any virus illness symptoms, adjust dosages as follows

Luckily, the English translation of the abstract was available. Using the very high oral dose of 2 mg selenium per day as sodium selenite, for only 9 days, the death rate fell from 100% (untreated) to 37% (treated) in the very severe cases, and from 22% to zero in the less severe cases. Apparently there were about 80 people involved in this outbreak. Dr. Hou of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the author of this study, has since told me that he thinks more lives could have been saved if he had been permitted to give the selenite by injection, because in many of the more severly affected there is so much organ damage due to internal bleeding that they may have been unable to fully absorb or retain the oral dose of selenium. All in all, this is the closest thing to
a curative result in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever that I have ever heard of.

A juicer with proper amounts of fruits and vegetables will get you almost everything you need. Have not considered the emergence of GMO fruit and vegetables but will research if vitamins and minerals are not as plentiful compared to non-GMO fruits and veggies.

Invest in a juicer before the winter to keep healthy. No better way to get fresh vitamins and minerals in liquid form into the body the quickest

A juicer with proper amounts of fruits and vegetables will get you almost everything you need. Have not considered the emergence of GMO fruit and vegetables but will research if vitamins and minerals are not as plentiful compared to non-GMO fruits and veggies.

Juicers are OK, but why throw away all that pulp and fiber? You're much better off with a NutriBullet or equivalent. That way you get all the nutrients plus fiber. Juicers give you the juice only.

In a healthy person, higher blood levels (about 600 microM/L) can be achieved using liposomal vitamin C compared with standard ascorbic acid (about 250 microM/L). We were the first to demonstrate this fact experimentally.[vi] However, the two absorption methods are different and if both are used together the resultant plasma levels are additive (something like 600 + 250 = 850 microM/L). Since ascorbic acid is much cheaper than liposomal vitamin C, it is cost effective for a healthy person to start with ascorbic acid and top up with liposomes as required.

Juicers are OK, but why throw away all that pulp and fiber? You're much better off with a NutriBullet or equivalent. That way you get all the nutrients plus fiber. Juicers give you the juice only.

Not that I'm convinced juicing is the end-all and be-all, but you don't have to throw it away. My husband juices. I toss the leftovers into soups, use it in baked goods (carrot cake from carrot pulp), things like that. Dehydrate it and you have a nutrient/fiber boost that will last a long time.

Ebola virus infection protection/cure product list

Sickness prevention Dosages
1. Liposomal vitamin C: 1000mg 2x per day
2. Nascent iodine: take recommended dosage on label
3. Vitamin D3: we get enough naturally in summer - rest of year supplement with 8,000 IU's daily (never take vitamin D2!)
4. Magnesium chloride: take recommended dosage on label
5. Raw Brazil nuts: 2 nuts per day for selenium, never eat more unless sick!
6. Colloidal silver: use recommended dosage depending on solution's ppm
7. L-lysine: take only when symptoms appear
8. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda): take only when symptoms appear

At first sign of any virus illness symptoms, adjust dosages as follows
• Liposomal vitamin C: increase dosage to 3000mg 4x per day (even more if sickness gets worse, to as much as 100-200 grams per day depending on severity of illness!) Do not decrease dosage until symptoms subside.
• Magnesium chloride: increase dosage to 3 grams every 6-8 hours until symptoms subside, max 48 hours
• Raw Brazil nuts: increase to 3 nuts per day for selenium, not more!
• L-lysine: begin taking 1000mg 3x per day
• Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda):
• Day 1 — Take six doses of ½ teaspoon of baking soda in glass of cool water, at about two-hour intervals
• Day 2 — Take four doses of ½ teaspoon of baking soda in glass of cool water, at the same intervals
• Day 3 — Take two doses of ½ teaspoon of baking soda in glass of cool water morning and evening, and thereafter ½ teaspoon in glass of cool water each morning until symptoms are gone

Notes:
• Liposomal vitamin C is much better absorbed than other kinds of vitamin C, particular at higher dosages. Other types of vitamin C tend to get a higher percentage flushed out the body without absorption.
• Mega-dosages: When sick with a viral infection the body will absorb far more vitamin C, as compared to when healthy it would otherwise flush out – particularly huge mega-doses.
• Nascent iodine is more effective than other forms of iodine.
• Vitamin D3 is natural. Vitamin D2 is synthetic and recent tests have shown it to be unhealthy
• Selenium is absorbed through natural sources much better than pills, and raw Brazil nuts are #1. Selenium deficiency makes it much harder for the body to fight viruses, so it is essential. However, too much selenium quickly becomes toxic.
• Colloidal silver is somewhat controversial on whether it helps viral infections, particularly Ebola. However, there is no denying that colloidal silver is healthy. Whether it helps or not, it cannot hurt to take anyway for overall health.
I noticed an interesting side benefit. Many of these treatments are also recommended for cancer prevention/cure, and for radiation poisoning!

Whenever you heat something like Roasting Nuts or cooking food you sacrifice some of the nutrient content. Where you would not eat raw meat (although some do) eating a raw nut is actually a positive experience. Read a bit on Vegan diets. That is the far extreme but very valid as someone who eats only RAW unprocessed foods has changed their body chemistry to the point of producing more enzymes and digestive juices (HCL) yet never have acid indigestion! The whole idea that we justify eating so many processed foods and then treat ourselves with drugs that wipe out our digestive ability.. and yet people wonder why health is so elusive!
Raw everything is best.. but eat them Roasted if you must to help you with at least some Selenium or try Sunflower seeds..

That is such a great idea! My mother used to say "be thrifty, waste not want NOT". All leftovers went into something else that would be adjusted for taste and enhanced! The juice that vegetables cook in was call "Pot Liquor" and was a TREAT.. and the best liquid you could consume for vitamins leached out from the cooking process! AND that was in the day BEFORE Microwaves made it on the scene.. I understand that single handedly these "modern" inventions have rendered food almost nutritionless.. yes.. use a microwave.. don't bother eating healthy..
