Easily incorporate it into your diet by freezing one lemon in cling film and grate the rind into any meal over the week. You won't taste it.

There's more goodness in the skin than the pulp. The pulp can be boiled in a pot of water to sanitise your kitchen if left to steam. Same in a bathroom sink.
