The angle of shots is much lower 3-10 floors
Higher floor cannot make head shots
Also even if there were 5 gunmen on high floor the hit ratio and billets cannot be discharged as that speed
Also as usual usual in all ff gunmen is Always dead
There are many other things of ff but I will not disclose to give Mossad info where they are making mistakes
