Objective of israeli Pilot shot down by Pakistan
When India decided to attack Pakistan , India was very careful not to attack Pakistan nuclear facilities but to find other targets : as India knew if it attacks Pakistan nuke facilities Pakistan would do same and hence nuclear war
Unknown to India israeli plane was to hit Pakistan nuke facility at khuata to ignite nuke war
USA also had no plans for this
