How to make it:

What you do, is you need a glass jar such as a canning Jar as big as possible. Its good to also have the lid for the canning jar. A 1 liter or bigger jar is fine. Plus you will need sterile infusion fluid, such as the standard saline IV you find in hospitals. There are different types of saline IV. You need the standard one, the isotonic one, enough to fill your glass jar. Make sure you have extra standard saline to use as cleaning fluid. Go to the pharmacy and get a tiny amount of ethylene Blue. You need one drop per liter. If it is a half liter bag of saline IV, one drop is ok. Then you need a UVC sterilization lamp. This is why you need a larger jar. You have to be able to put the lamp in the jar in such a way as to ensure the lamp does not touch anything. Then you will need a piece of acrylic plastic such as lexan or a acrylic dinner plate about 5 mm thick and about 4” wider than all sides of the glass jar. So think acrylic platter that is 4” larger all the way around the base of the Jar. Next you need gold foil wrapping paper. It really has to have a color close to 24 K Gold, can be paper or plastic based. This can be found at florists shops or hobby stores. You will need a piece a bit bigger in size than the base of the glass jar. This foil will be cut in circle a bit bigger than the dimension of the base of the glass jar. This circle of foil should be an exact circle. Best to use a compass and measure then cut out of cardboard an exact circle. Then use the cardboard pattern to trace and cut out the gold foil with a sharp knife or scissors. Another thing we need is a clean sterile piece of glass a little larger than the top of the jar that we will use as a cover. Lastly you will need a fine needle syringe. The type commonly used for diabetes patients. Your local Pharmacy should have these.

Note 1: During this preparation stage below, make sure you are nowhere near any electrical panels, wifi units, microwave ovens, high voltage systems or wires. The field around these AC wires, breaker boxes, microwaves, Wifi’s, motors etc will ruin the mixture. Also wear surgical gloves or neutral sterile gloves.

Ok, now the setup. You start by making sure your jar and lid is washed, rinsed well and clean and as sterile as possible. Once you have the clean sterile dry glass jar and lid the next step will be to fill the jar with 1 liter of good quality freshly distilled water. You then put 1 drop of ethylene Blue into the jar of distilled water. You then need a glass or plastic stirring rod to stir the mixture. Using the glass or plastic stirring rod, stir well for a minute or so. This phase is about signals so substituting a wood or metal stirring rod will not work. Stick to a glass stirrer or if not available a plastic stirring rod. After stirring for a minute or so you then put the lid on the jar and shake well. The goal here is to make sure the inside of the jar is completely coated with the solution. Shake for a minute or so, then when finished, remove the lid and throw away the solution. Shake out any big droplets. Do not dry the jar. You should now have a jar that is thinly coated on the inside by the solution. Note: Keep the now coated lid and keep in a sterile location as we will use this lid later for storage of the solution.
The next step is to take the UVC light and suspend it inside the jar centered and not touching the inside of the jar. This is critical. Use your glass rod or plastic stirring rod with a wire or wire tie to attach the UVC light to. Then place the stirring rod with the suspended UVC light across the top of the jar. Again make sure the UVC light does not touch the inside of the jar. It should look like a light centered inside the jar, but the light does not touch the inside. Once the UVC light is placed put some saran wrap over the top of the jar with light in place to protect from dust or other getting in the jar. You will then turn on the UVC light for a period of 5 min. What is happening here is the UVC light is activating the residual Ethylene solution we coated the walls of the glass jar with. Once the 5 minutes have passed, switch off and disconnect the light and carefully remove the saran wrap and the UVC light not allowing it to touch the inside of the jar while removing. Think sterile in everything you are doing.

Note 2: For these next steps it is best to do it outside on a table that is on dirt ground or grass. Setting a table up on a concrete slab or asphalt is not recommended as these substances mess with the field we are creating. Find a nice grassy spot or just a patch of open earth to setup your table. You should also put one of those tents or portable popup shade tents over your table. Again be aware of any electrical fields that may be around such as electrical wires overhead, nearness to wifi or microwave, or big industrial motors, AC units etc. Keep your table away from these fields.

Next we will setup the finial phase of making our One Drop Wonder solution. On our tent/shaded table we will place in the center of the table our acrylic plate/platter. Next we will place our gold foil circle in the center of that plate/platter. Next will place our now ready jar on top of and centered to the gold foil. Then we will add to our jar the standard saline IV solution filling the jar to near the top (1 liter). Once filled we place the clean sterile glass cover over the mixture.

The final step in this process then requires you to contact Grumpier so he can bless/charge the mixture with the two complex signals. He will need the exact location of the jar on Google maps. Place a marker there and give it a name. He will then let you know when it is done.

Now you can remove the sterile glass cover and replace it with the original lid.
Wear sterile gloves during all these steps, Otherwise the signal will be contaminated with the signal of the one that touches it and becomes useless. Take good care especially never to touch the lid, if it is metal, without gloves. Keep yourself Isolated from the jar and its fluid by wearing the sterile gloves.

Administration:
First administer three drops of the mixture orally to the patient. This can be done direct on the tongue or in a bit of water, provided it is cool, at least not hot. Now wait half an hour.

Next, the IV administration to a sick person: A qualified person with experience should do this next part. Using the clean sterile new syringe, draw into the syringe one drop of the solution from the jar.
Use the smallest syringe you can find. Normally one drop of IV solution is about 1/23 to 1/28 of a CC. After putting the signal in the IV fluid the biology of the fluid changes, The fluid becomes "thinner" and as a result you will find 38 to 40 drops in a cc. And more is not better. Expect harm from overdosing above three drops, this is critical.

Then administer this one drop into the patients vein. You should use the arm vein. The same vein you would use to draw blood or place an IV. Note: do not reuse the syringe and most certainly not the needle.
Expect recovery of the patient in half an hour or far less, depending on their status.

You do not need to wait till the patient is already seriously sick because in the first two weeks they aare already infective.

Storage:
To store the solution for later use, place the clean, sterile canning lid on the jar and tighten the lid. Do this also while wearing clean sterile gloves. Then completely wrap the jar in paper or plastic wrap. Once completely wrapped in paper/plastic, then completely wrap with tin foil. The same foil you have in your kitchen to wrap food. Think Faraday cage but no need to ground. Then place the jar in a cool and dark place again no where near any electrical or radio fields.
Never ever in a refrigerator. You could also put a tiny hole in the lid big enough for a syringe to fit to draw out future doses without having to open the lid. Then cover the little hole with a piece of sterile first aid tape or a fitting plug. We always think sterile in what we are doing.

General words of warning.

Do not, in this specific case, use resonant frequency apparatus to try and kill the virus. Normally that is great, in this case however you will kill the virus and due to its location in the walls of the larger arteries they will rupture the infected locations within a minute and kill the patient.

Only give the patient extra Oxygen when really necessary and then as low a flow as possible. Hi doses of Oxygen will also set off the same reaction as the one above.

Background of this viral epidemic.

The current deaths are almost all due to only the first virus, that was supposed to give no more effects than a common cold/very mild flu. This is due to the changed behavior of this first virus.

About the first virus, the Wuhan virus. A Corona virus.
It was launched in December 2019 in Wuhan China.
It is a Crispr adapted virus with a complete unnatural RNA code in the middle. A long code.
Its main function is to detect the genetic parameters it is looking for, on the basis of that, develop a marker on the outside of its body and then go dormant.
They did not target the normal used genetic targets as used in the normal genetic tests as twenty three and me. This one targets the facial structures of the Asian race and when found changes part of its outside structure, it sort of marks that body. This is the part that went wrong in their design the moment they set it free. Now all 4.5 billion Asians are at risk.
Though there will be a lot in the lungs, its target is the layer of connective tissue in the walls of the larger arteries. If activated they will rupture.
Once infected, the patient itself becomes infective within 24 hours. He/she will stay infective for the next two weeks. Most of the times without even noticing it. And being even more infective in the following days and weeks, but then feeling ill. The virus can float in the air for hours if the droplets are small enough. It can stay alive for about 25 days. Longest in a fridge between 4 and 6 Celsius. They can infect via mouth eyes, damaged skin and via the skin by elderly people that have a thin skin and are somewhat dehydrated. Especially after serious scrubbing with soap. Alcohol can also make there skin more open. Strangely enough this virus is hindered by vinagar so you can use that to clean the skin of your face and hands if you have to have contact with people. If you want your facemask more effective ...take some warm water in a spray dispenser and put a tiny drop of dishsoap and a drop of oregano oil in it. Now shake well and spray it over the outside of your facemask and let it dry.

About the second virus. The activating one.
It was launched in January from a lot of different locations on the planet.

It will give no or hardly any symptoms.
It spreads human to human and more.
It works like a bacterial phage and infects in this way two types of common bacteria in everyones mouth.
The actual transmission will be by those common bacteria.
If swallowed it will exit those bacteria in the stomach, due to the low pH that kills those bacteria. It then there enters the bloodstream and makes contact with the surface of the cells containing the first virus and the same with the virusses that have not yet entered a cell the body.

It does not look like a bacterial phage.
It is as small as a parvovirus. Extremely small.
It is not spherical but looks like a tapered tic tac.

It is this second virus that will make the choice to activate the first virus, the Wuhan flu, in the body of the patients.
This will suddenly lead to the aneurysms and instant death.
