Giant Army Convoy Spotted in NC Headed Towards Raleigh From Eastern NC Today

My husband got a call from a relative who was traveling on I-40E today who reported that there was a "large convoy of 40 - 50 unmarked military transport vehicles including buses with personnel." Can anyone else confirm this? If this person had been traveling from Fayetteville, I could see this maybe making sense, but I don't know where they would have been coming from.

Anyone else spot this today? Speculation on what they're doing or did anyone see them in an adjoining state later today (afternoon hours)?

And no, my husband is not my uncle. Yuck.
