This needs a lot more clarification and digging into. If pressed, he will all of a sudden say that he didn't understand the acronym of what SWAT really means, yet organizations who have SWAT teams know precisely this is what to do.

We need more police coming down with Ebola to cull that herd more. We need fewer police in this country since all they do is create a larger revenue machine. They aren't taking out the gangs, the real criminals, they only use their additional forces to drive more revenue to the state(s).
