Giroir, CEO of the Texas A&M Health Science Center, said the government issued the order for "the technology transfer, scale up and manufacturing of ZMapp." Proposals are due Nov. 10. I'm O- so I don't think a blood transfusion would be in my future considering only 7% of the world has my blood type.
