A women chooses to drink, chooses to get intoxicated, and chooses to accompany a guy to his/her room. These actions to me indicate a desire, or at least an acqiescence, to the likelihood of sex. Accordingly, I'd vote to acquit if I was on a jury.

Deal with reality! If you get drunk or knowingly drugged, it's YOUR choice, and you WILL have sex, but it won't be rape. It will be YOUR fault.

Women that are violently raped should get convictions. Those who submit because they "don't mind" sex too much are not raped, they are simply seduced. That's the only way most guys ever get sex.

In college some buddies and I went camping and after all the chicks left, one girls stayed around. We were all pretty drugged up. Had lots of weed and coke. We have all read about these and i even know personally of 2 separate cases where this has happened. In both cases the lads were not convicted, one went to court the other before. The girls in both cases admitted to the false allegations but were not prosecuted. The lads are both scarred for life with big mistrust of women. Other women with a real rape situation are often unbelieved due to cases like this. I personally think their crime to be worse than rape.

Rape is not about hatred. Women who think that are projecting. Men rape because they are selfish. Not because they hate women. Just because a man doesn't regard a woman as an equal doesn't mean he hates women. Chicks always jump to conclusions that are wrong.

That is ridiculous. Here, where I live, there was a man that was breaking into single womens' homes and telling them that his 'buddy' was in the other room with their child, and, that he would give the order for the child to be killed if she resisted. One of the (3) victims was a grandmother who was terrified because she believed her 5 year old grand child was about to be raped as well.

Also, there are cases of rape where it is the employer and she is threatened with termination. There is rape where one is taken out into the country and told to submit or be left there. There is rape where it is a step father and a step child, and, the mother is threatened if the child doesn't comply. There are lots of ways that it is still rape, even without bruises. You are making it too simple, and, reality isn't that way.




False Accusations are one thing. That means that the woman was not raped, but willing... However, being drunk doesn't mean that she wasn't raped. period.
