It's possible. I live in South Jersey, was driving south down 55 when a NJDEP vehicle marked Medical Waste, zipped past me, heading South a few days ago. I drive that route a lot and never saw a Medical Waste transport on that highway. It stood out because the driving seemed a bit erratic for rte 55.

Towards the end of 55, you would get in that area.
