Take this or leave it, but as a contractor involved in a certain program, I feel compelled to exercise some demons by sharing some info.

4. When filling out your medical insurance application be sure not to answer voluntarily that you are white or European. Also being tracked for some reason. Note that I do not see any collection of African-American or Asian data.

5. Data being forwarded to the ODNI currently does NOT include Ebola keyword info pulls from NSA, but DOES include a constantly updated operational separation layouts from DHS, which are then coordinated among three other agencies. Control measures do not involve prevention of spread, only buffer zone placement between EGD's and public.
