What If... Depop of Africa Is Beginning of Plan? Fuku/Ebola/Resources/Wars....?!?

Theory -

1. Fukushima is and will continue to destroy Northern Hemisphere

2. EU/USA/Russia (players TBD) know this, need Southern Hemisphere open for migration of SOME of their populations (not useless eaters, just the medium iq slave types)

3. Ebola in USA was accident - TPTB thought illegals, race wars, politics, etc.. Would tear country up, slowly but surely, but....

4. Ebola got here so F it, another tool in their toolbox to cause fear...why else for constant story change?

5. Africa and South America needed to sustain earths population...again aligns with the "Are you poor in Central America? Come to USA no prob!"

6. Australia - haven't fit in yet
