Bombshell: Maui Police ; Loretta Fuddy's Original Cause Of Death Is Drowning

Not Cardiac Arrhythmia as stated in the Coroner's report.

How does a healthy woman, who was the only one to die, drown in calm, 70 degree water, wearing a life jacket (rated higher than what she would need), with an alert, awake person holding her hand. And the person not know she was drowning?
