It means that a dog is killed in spain and then we witness a social outcry, but then we witness people dying like dogs and we just ignore them. The tweet uses spanish slang from spain.It seems that this person chose this picture to illustrate the suffering of those being killed by the virus in africa. |

It shows what appears to be a body that has rigor and is deceased. It is being carried out of a slum area by PPE protected people.
