Anyhelp? There has to be some context to this picture. Its one of the few that is out that actually shows a for sure dead corpse. That's been quite a point of contention for many.

It means that a dog is killed in spain and then we witness a social outcry, but then we witness people dying like dogs and we just ignore them. The tweet uses spanish slang from spain.It seems that this person chose this picture to illustrate the suffering of those being killed by the virus in africa.

Wtf? I have not seen that pic yet.
