UK Spooks - Psychopaths to run the country after Armageddon

Don't they normally run countries anyway, why should Armageddon or it's aftermath be any different?

I, Jane M Hogg, am not the author of the document just released at the National Archives relating to a nuclear attack on the UK that never happened. I admit to being the original project manager of REGENERATE, a training game for the Home Defence College at Easingwold, North Yorkshire. However I walked out of the Home Office when REGENERATE was transferred to Alan Holt at the Police Scientific Development Branch. I do not believe there is any research which supports the crazy view that psychopaths should be recruited to help keep order after a nuclear strike. The real author may well have been Alan Holt, known as Roger Munn in my book BEWARE THE MANDARINS which ends just as I walk out of the Home Office. Also why has this document been released now under the 30 year rule? Was it because it was actually written in 1984?

Maybe now the end is in sight they are looking for psychopaths to put their names forward for consideration of a government position.

This is deliberate misinformation coming from the Home Office! It'll be easier if I copy and paste some comments from Jane M Hogg herself on (October 31, 2014):

In a note to myself on November 7, 2014 she said:

I was the original Project Manager of ‘Regenerate’, a training game for the Home Defence College at Easingwold, North Yorkshire, but walked out of the Home Office on Monday 13th September 1982 when ‘Regenerate’ was transferred to Alan Holt of the POLICE SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT BRANCH (PSDB) – now called SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BRANCH (SRDB). I suggest that the actual author is Alan Holt, known as Roger Munn in my book ‘Beware the Mandarins’ which ends on the day I walk out of the Home Office.

In addition I am known as Jane M Hogg not Jane Hogg and anything written by me is signed ‘Jane M Hogg’.''

Project Renegade appears to be evidenced, if not by name then by concept, in a House of Lords sitting which took place on 5th March, 1980. The Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for the Home Office - Lord Belstead, stated that he visited the Home Defence College at Easingwood in the summer of 1979 upon behalf of the Home Secretary to see the work it was carrying out in Civil Defence Planning as an effective preparation for dealing with the aftermath of nuclear attack.

This - 'Renegade' - Home Defence Planning Project was instituted by the Home Secretary and involved all department of government so it would make sense that it would be transferred back to the Home Office from which it was instituted.

Would we notice any difference? The truth is that we have Psychopaths running the countries of the earth NOW! While there would be far fewer people living on the planet, the fact that we would be at the mercy of various nut-jobs would be a net-no-change for almost every major country on earth. Doubt me? Look at who is in the White House, or look at Putin? Look at the Royal Family in the UK! They’re as nutty as they come!
